Cancellation Policy – The Hidden Hare
We understand that life happens and plans can change. To honour the time of our team and other guests, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked service, invoiced to you directly.
Failure to show up without notice (no-show) will incur a 75% charge of the booked service, also invoiced.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best experience for all our guests.
