No. In fact, we recommend arriving with your hair as it is. We'll take care of everything during your treatment.

Unfortunately, HARE SPA treatments are not available for guests with hair extensions. Due to the extensive scalp massage, water therapy, steam treatments and specialised tools used throughout the experience, there is a risk of damage, loosening or matting of extensions. As we cannot guarantee the integrity of extension hair during treatment, we are unable to perform HARE SPA services on guests currently wearing extensions.

Wear something comfortable and easy to relax in. We'll provide everything needed for your treatment.

A simple dry-off is included so you're comfortable leaving the spa. HARE SPA is a wellness experience rather than a styling service.

Most treatments can be adapted for pregnancy, however we recommend discussing your stage of pregnancy with us before booking so we can ensure your comfort and safety.

Yes, HARE SPA is suitable for most coloured and chemically treated hair. However, HARE SPA cannot be performed on the same day as a colour service, as the extensive cleansing, scalp massage and treatment process may affect the results and longevity of your colour.
If you have recently had a keratin or smoothing treatment, we recommend waiting at least two weeks before booking your HARE SPA to protect the integrity of your treatment.
